PLEASE NOTE: that Sponsor packages purchased on or after November 15th, 2026 will be available for pickup at will-call on the day of the Ball. Sponsor packages purchased on or before November 14th, 2026 will be shipped.
Conditions of Sponsor Packages & Add-On Requests
– All Invitations, Ribbons, and Wristbands for the current year are valid for said current year only, no prior years allowed.
– All Invitations listed above allow 2 guests per invite for named event.
– Director’s Brunch is the day of the Ball at 11am.
– Drink Tokens are not redeemable for cash.
– Sponsor Pins must be accompanied with a Sponsor Ribbon.
– Sponsor Pins and/or Ribbons must be fastened securely on each wearer’s chest just below the shoulder level.
– One Ribbon per person (non-transferable).
– Wristbands must be fastened securely on each wearer’s wrist.
– One Wristband per person (non-transferable).
– For Signage, payment in full must be received 2 weeks prior to the named event.
– All Sponsorships and Signage are subject to review and approval.
– Add-On Packages do not include any additional invitations to the Ball.
– Add-On Packages are based upon space or inventory available and are not guaranteed.

– If paying by check, please make checks payable to Dallas Children’s Charities.
– The Dallas Margarita Society reserves the right to refuse any purchase.
– The re-selling of Dallas Margarita Ball Invitations is prohibited.

FAQs
Can I Upgrade my Sponsor Package?
Yes. Sponsorship packages may be upgraded by paying the difference between your existing package and the new sponsorship level, subject to availability.
Does purchasing a table include invitations?
No. Invitations are not automatically included with the purchase of a table or reserved area unless specifically stated as part of the applicable package.
Do sponsors need an invitation?
Yes. Every guest must have an invitation to attend the Margarita Ball. Sponsorship packages include a specified number of invitations based on the sponsorship level.
Does a sponsorship include a table?
Some sponsorship levels include tables or reserved areas. Please contact the Dallas Margarita Society for information about current sponsorship packages and benefits.
Are there requirements to become a sponsor?
Sponsorship is open to individuals and organizations interested in supporting Dallas Children’s Charities and who agree to the terms of the Dallas Margarita Society sponsorship agreement.
Are ribbons valid for admission?
No. Sponsor ribbons provide access to designated sponsor areas and are not a substitute for an invitation.

Sponsors may enjoy the general areas of the Ball in addition to their designated sponsor areas. Access to private VIP and reserved areas is limited to guests with the appropriate credentials.
Are Sponsorships refundable?
No. Sponsorships are charitable contributions to Dallas Children’s Charities and are not refundable.
Where does the money go?
To provide at-risk Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex children with gifts at Christmas time and help these community organizations that work with at-risk children throughout the year.
